Jun Fan Jeet Kune Do (JFJKD)

Jeet Kune Do was created by Bruce Lee and was born from his realization that combat is unpredictable and requires a person to be trained in all aspects of self defense. Jeet Kune Do in comprised of Wing Chun, Boxing and Fencing most notably but has elements several martial arts that contribute techniques, training methods and concepts to the art. Sigung Bruce Lee devised a scientific approach to researching other arts and absorbing what is useful and rejecting what is useless. Sparring to prove the techniques work for the individual is part of the development and discovery of Jeet Kune Do.

Ranges covered: Kicking, Punching, Trapping, Grappling

Key Concepts: Adaptability, Economy of Motion, Perpetual Motion, 5 Ways of Attack, Centerline Control.

Filipino Martial Arts (FMA)

These arts were developed out of the need to the Filipinos to defend themselves from invaders and neighboring agressors. Kali, Escrima and Arnis and synonymous names for simliar systems that include techniques for all ranges of combat. The functional weapons application of the stick and the purpose that it is the extension of the body makes training in these arts so effective and deadly.

Ranges Covered: (Weapons (stick, sword, knife)) Largo Mano, Medio Mano, Corto Mano
                            (Empty hands) Kicking, Punching, Trapping, Grappling

Key Concepts: Evasive movements, fluid, fast and powerful striking with or without a weapon.

Submission Grappling


The ground fighting game has evolved beyond looking at any single grappling art as a solution. We integrate techniques and concepts from Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Buno\Dumog, Shooto, Judo and various other grappling arts to provide great coverage in this area of martial arts.
